James Doyle returning to the Winners Enclosure at Windsor Racecourse in April 2011 on Dubai Glory. Jubilant members of the Affordable Partnership lead him in.
James has ridden quite a few of Sheena's horses - especially for The Affordable Partnership where he has notched up a remarkable 4 winners out of the 6 winners he has ridden for the yard.
James has been invited to ride in Dubai this winter and in the last 14 days, he has hada total of 11 rides. He has been 1st in 5 races with a hat trick on the 25th of November, 2 seconds, 2 thirds, 1 fourth and a fifth.
You can certainly see why Sheenas chooses James to ride her horses.
Many congratulations to James from all the owners (especially The Affordable Partnership)and all the staff at
the yard (and from Sheena of course!)and long may his success in Dubai continue!

BRILLIANT BARCA
3-y-o(b.29Mar08 b g)
Imperial Dancer ex Fading Away (Fraam)
Brilliant Barca arrived here in my yard a couple of months ago along with Alfraamsey. Both horses are ex Mick Channon and as many of you may already know, its a well worn and successful path that we have followed in the past. Alfraamsey has already won 3 races for us since he arrived. We have been waiting for a bit of cut in the ground for Brilliant Barca.
Brilliant Barca is both a winner on the flat, beating our own Dubai Glory and has been placed. He is sound and big enough for chasing in the future. To me he feels like the other Imperial Dancers Ive had here (including Mr Muddle) in that he would appreciate a bit of cut in the ground, which we now have. He is showing an aptitude for jumping and going well in his work.
His race record would suggest he prefers the AW against fast turf so all in all this makes him a good prospect for the winter as a hurdler. That said I wouldnt rule out a return to the flat if appropriate.
He stands a good 16.hh and will do nothing but strengthen and mature. His share price represents incredible value even before the West/Channon combination is considered.
If interested in a share please feel free to contact either Stan Clegg at The Affordable Partnership 07933 759648or myself to be involved in this beautiful horse and I promise you that win, lose or draw we can all look forward to some really good days out with him.
